I love Applejack. But I was REALLY hoping for Big Mac to SAY SOMETHING...well, he did. Eeyup. Which I thought was pretty funny at the time. Now disappointed. Ah, well, he kinda has an episode coming up. Eeyup.
*Is it just me, or was this episode full of shipping fodder? Not that all aren't...but there were a lot of moments in here where I was all, "Why, that's not exploitable at all!" <_< >_>
*Rainbow's plan to beat out Pinkie Pie to the cider was hilarious...what's more, I've tried to do that before. It worked out about as good as RD's plan against Pinkie.
*You would think AJ would let her friends have first dibs on cider...poor RD
*Has Caramel ever spoken before? Because he just opened his mouth and annoyed me...
*Okay, when I first heard about this episode and saw the name, the first thing I thought of was The Music Man. When the Flim Flam Brothers came out and started thinking, the FIRST thing I thought of was, "Ya got trouble, folks. Right here in river city. Trouble with a capital T and that rhymes with P and that stands for pool!" ^_^ That was cool.
*Apple Bloom kept trying to be an apple business mare. How cute. But don't you remember how bad that went last time? Stop trying to be a apple business mare, little one ^_^;
*...I love that running joke with Rainbow Dash. And now I want cider...
*Applejack kicking the punching bag with Apple Bloom holding onto it doesn't help with the idea some fans have that AJ beats her little sister -_-
*Dr. Whooves is a time keeper...is that all he does....have an hour glass? Sit around and watch the sand go through the hourglass? That's...pretty funny, actually.
*Okay, watching this episode made me really annoyed at unicorns...Earth ponies working so hard while the unicorns laid down on a couch? It's like that one picture of Rarity and Applejack playing Nintendo Wii - Applejack is all into it, while Rarity is laying down with a cup of tea, using her magic to play.
*Mayor Mare...you had to ASK the Flim Flam brothers if it was okay for the family members to help? What kind of mayor are you? Make a decision, woman! Er, mare!
*Rainbow Dash running next to Big Macintosh was adorable....
*Granny Smith must really hate Rainbow Dash...First pushing her across the street when she didn't wanna cross, then trying to speed quality control...
*Jumping Lyra in the crowd <3
*Awww...everypony in Ponyville was sad for the Apple Family...they DO care...
*"Dear Princess Celestia....I DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING!!" That was great. Love AJ.
I really liked this episode, but I thought the song was too long...Thoughts, anypony?

EDIT: Holy FRICK, I just realized this would affect a fic I'm writing. Not that you guys care, but I do. This is why I never end up posting them. GAH, why do I even TRY!

I've been in a lot of fandoms, and I think where my adverse reaction to fanfics being in canon (aside from shipping, which usually isn't canon, heh) is that there's always that know-it-all hipster fan who just HAS to correct you and try and make you look like an idiot commenting on how, "But that's not how it is in the show, it's like THIS, and like THAT", and they annoy me so much, unless I'm doing an AU, I'd rather not deal with them.
It's like, even if you have an explanation as to why something is the way it is, there are still those people there...And I don't want to be the bitch saying, "I'm sorry, but if you managed to read the fic, how is it that you were unable to read the author's note?" Guh, it's one of my biggest fandom pet peeves. I mean, it's one thing to give a critique, but that's just another thing entirely!! >_<
Yeah I agree with you there. people can be really mean sometimes. especially when they know they can say whatever they want from the safety of there own home.
And that's right, he does say "No Deal"! At least he said SOMETHING else! I'm starting to doubt he will ever have real words to say.
Oh, and I didn't even think about that image of Pinkie as exploitable -_- But I think the one where she's covered in chocolate milk is worse.

Eyyup. I also liked how they kinda nodded to each other like "lets do this" it was soooo cute.
all in all I cant wait for sompony to make a download of the song so I can listen to it.
