Let me explain.
My neighborhood has a really weird acoustics thing going on. You hear sound coming from one direction, but it's coming from a completely different direction, or sometimes someone can be honking a horn right in front of my house, but if I'm inside the house, I can't hear it. So sometimes at night, I can hear people talking, and I think it's the TV and go check, but nope, not the TV. Most likely someone is out on the street, who knows where (cause I can never see them), but it sounds like it's coming from inside the house because of the acoustics.
Plus sound already travels differently during the night than during the day, so there's just no winning. Summer nights, when people have their windows open? I can never hear a conversation (or anything ELSE going on, thank God), but I can always hear muffled voices, and that's just weird and unsettling.
Does anyone else have that problem? I've lived in this house my whole life, so I have nothing to compare it to.
Anyways, Happy Valentine's Day...Happy Birthday to my cat, Valentine! ^_^ And I have so many things I want to "release" today, so I should get back to work, lol! It's just after midnight over here, so I have 24 hours

I don't know if you sleep with a fan or something, but I've been reading and people think that if we sleep with a fan (in my case, I do) it must be the sound going through that fan that makes us think it's like a conversation or a radio or something like that.
Anyway, I got a bit scared yesterday at night because I heard like electronic voices when I was sleeping on a side in front of the fan.
Well, I hope this stop happening to you soon
