Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Dragon Quest

It's been a weird morning.  Anyways, since I've grown fond of doing this, my episode geek out!  Spoilers shall ensure:

Fluttershy, haven't you already gotten over your fear of Dragons?  Guess more than one dragon is just too much.

Rainbow and the butterfly migration….haha!  Fluttershy DID owe her.  Poor Rainbow…I mean, I would love to see a butterfly migration, but I'm sure Rainbow wouldn't.  And it's a dragon migration! Come on, Fluttershy!!  And now that you've kicked RD, you owe her even more…

I'm really starting to love the relationship between RD and Fluttershy.  They're so mismatched, yet they get along so well.  It kinda reminds me of my cousin and me…we don't necessarily have RD and Fluttershy's personality, but if we weren't cousins, we would never have been friends.  We would probably hate each other.  But we have always gotten along so great.  Yeah, I would never invite my cousin to see a butterfly migration, cause I know she would be bored…

It bothers me that Phoenix reproduce….they kinda live forever (I guess unless they're killed), so shouldn't they be more…abundant?  Or maybe they're like pandas and only breed every few years…only in this case, few hundred years.

….I think RD coulda taken the dragons.  And Twilight actually couldn't use her spell at first?  That's….kinda awesome.  We all know her magic has it's limits, but I think this is the first time her spell failed in the middle of casting.  To the fanfiction!!!

BABY PHOENIX!!!!  PEEWEE!!!!  DEEEEEEE!!!  Oh, my God.  Spike has a pet.  And it's a Phoenix.  It's soooo cute!!!  I want a pet Phoenix!!!

You know, with the head canon that Twilight and the others are being geared to take over to Princess Celestia eventually, and now Twilight kinda in a way having a Phoenix, I'm starting to believe that more and more.

Okay, so I'm glad I saw the second teaser last night because it lowered my expectations for this episode, which was good, because I hated those teenage dragons.  Not in a "those characters were so mean" way but in a "seriously? The writer had to make these characters?" way.  Speaking of the writer, Merriwether Williams (yes, I'm now starting to pay attention to which writer write's each episode. My fave so far is M. A. Larson), I'm getting the sense that Williams' episodes have a great concept and tend to fall short of expectancy.  Probably the best of her episodes so far, in my opinion, is Putting Your Hoof Down…but really, who am I to judge?  I could never write for a kid's show or a kid's story…and I've tried. Believe me, I've tried…

All in all, I give this episode a 3 out of 5.  Didn't really solidify any dragon canon except that they migrate once in a generation, and that Spike seems to be an exception in flying and attitude.  Oh, and that dragons are SO fireproof, that they can swim in lava.  But the interaction between the Mane Six was entertaining.

People have to understand the shows are naturally going to change from season to season, and it's never going to be quite the same as the first season! I hear it all the time with all sorts of shows. It's kinda like how people complain that the movie wasn't the same as the book. Well, YEAH! It's a completely different medium. You can gripe about a few things, but it's never going to be EXACTLY the same as the book!

I mean, sometimes I lose interests in shows that have a bad season, but for the most part, if I really love the show, I'll stick with it until I'm done with it. (Glee, however, disappointed me sooo much in Season 2, I stopped watching Season 3, even though I heard it's a lot better. Might pick it up after the Season is over to see if it's worth watching again. Ah, well. I'm getting off track.)

I think a lot of people in the MLP community are new to fandoms, seriously, because there are things in this fandom that are complained about that are normal in other fandoms, like shipping! I've never seen people anti-shipping in a fandom until MLP! And Season 2 is so fun! People are just too nit-picky.

Anyways, end rant.

And now I wanna watch Last Roundup again ^_^

Anyways you are 100% correct and i agree with everything, I run that Twilight Sparkle Facebook page and there is so much drama and crap on there its not ever funny. But for the most part its pretty dang good and i still put your work up on there ;D

Anyways yeah people will always find a way to complain about something i think its just human nature that this point because we as humans have the innate nature of wanting more and more. Best of the best, latest and greatest and they dont really like change much like they just did with the Facebook layout switching everything to timeline ugh! i dont like it but ill get used too it eventually i know it so suck it up and enjoy it!

Lol, I remember when Youtube changed it's interface. THAT was bad! I don't like the Timeline on Facebook, but I don't use Facebook enough to REALLY care about it that much. Oh, and I used to run a forum for another fandom YEARS ago, and I know about the drama and crap that goes on..I swore never to do THAT again! Plus, I made someone a moderator for the forum, and they ended up stealing it from me. Nice, huh? The internet! *throws up hands in annoyance*
